The location of this hotel was a bit difficult to find - even the taxi drivers could not find the address in their GPS! It was not that close to the Namba metro station. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I liked the touch screen display panel next to the bed with USB plug. It was very handy. There were no hooks in my bathroom to hang towels which was a little problematic. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet - it was not worth the money with limited variety. Customer service was lacking. Not sure if there are more washing machines for guests but there were only 3 available on the ground floor. Would have preferred washing machines to be available on each floor for the guest’s convenience.

The room was modern, comfortable, and extremely well designed. It had an excellent bath-shower room which was substantially nicer than other hotels of this type. It was very reasonably priced, especially given its remarkably convenient location. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. The only complaint regarding the room was that some of the rooms are located against a parking structure. However, even if you get one of these rooms, you’re still getting great comfort and convenience at a very reasonable price for what you’re receiving.

I went early Autumn 2023. Location was convenient. As this is Japan, it is perfectly normal to walk 1km to the nearest train/subway station. Lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Lawson mart was just next door. Nearby Takashimaya, Namba Parks & Namba City are in itself great shopping haunts, covering western luxury brands as well as local ones. IMO the local brands are better - you get finer materials at lower prices. Service was great. I arrived at night and they still tended to me like they were wide awake! Lovely Japan service, as usual :) Rooms were great, am slightly surprised to see it bigger than expected. I also had a nice bathtub and shower. Hotel shampoo was ridiculously amazing man ❤️

A great location to stay, clean and modern rooms, and wonderful staff that truly care. Highly recommend this hotel for stays in Osaka. We recently stayed here, and after leaving a valuable souvenir behind in the rooms, the staff put in considerable effort to help have it shipped overseas to us. They explained which parcel provider to use and steps to make it happen. Amazing service!

We stayed in a larger room that had a washing machine and a small kitchen. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was decent with a large bath and good pressure shower. The main appeal for us was having our own washer/dryer as we planned to pack light and wash out clothes at this hotel. The area has many restaurants and shops as part of a large shopping centre. So walking back from the hotel at night was nice. Namba station is just 10 minutes walk, dotonburi was around 20. Very helpful with accepting luggage forwarding, and also arranging forwarding to our next hotel. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.
