        We had a great experience at Hotel Kent. Our room was pretty nice, and all the staff was very friendly. They helped us after I lost my passport in Rome, and made us feel comfortable and safe again.

        No air con in the room which was absolutely boiling we asked for a fan such we got but it was still pretty unbearable. We had a late flight so got charged 20 euro for a late check in fee. As we got in late and had to start our day early to get in all the sights on time we did not have time to tidy our stuff before heading out for our day, when we returned back we had a letter on the bed saying we could not leave the room so untidy? We hadn’t checked out at that point so thought it was pretty rude. It is around a 20/30 min walk to all attractions which is not too bad but next time I visit Rome I will definitely stay closer as you need to walk a lot in this city

        Upon arrival and checking in, our room was upgraded for us to have a bathroom that wasn't shared for no extra fee. We were thankful for this. However we did find the room very small and it wasn't that practical. The TV was ok but the remote didn't work very well. We were happy enough with the breakfast served although there wasn't much choice. The staff were friendly and cheerful. Overall, the hotel was average, and we didn't have any issues. It is suitable for short stays, in my opinion.

        Apart from location and staff and their service, nothing is good bout this hotel. Room was small and we got the room on the ground floor, and without AC working in peak summer, we had the worst 3 nights of our holiday in this hotel, and we barely could sleep in the night. Hotel staff were friendly, could listen to our concerns, but cited that nothing can be done about the air conditioning. Breakfast spread was limited, with no eggs, so couldn't eat much for breakfast each morning. Location is good, near to supermarkets and restaurants.
