We had a terrible stay. Bad choice of hotel for halloween and day of the dead celebrations. It was like sleeping in a night club. The maintenance of the hotel is terrible. Power points fell out of the walls, chairs broke underneath us and my arm was cut badly. We booked direct on their website which should of included wine, but it never arrived even when we asked. Front desk staff were very unfriendly compared to everywhere else we stayed in Mexico. I only have one regret for my holiday in Mexico and it was this hotel.

The first night the room was not clean at all. There was hairs all over the place., But it got better, the second night they cleaned the room very good. I still have one more night to go and I expect no issues at all. Location is good if you wish to stay close to 5th Ave. but it is loud until 2 am or so. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and social venues near by. Service. Every one I spoke to has been very helpfull and attentive. Parking, there is no parking on premises But you can park in the street for 10 pesos per hour. You will need coins for the meter if going this route. The facility seem to be well taken care of. At night I enjoyed the terraze very much.

Its loud here at night. I knew this was a sure thing when booking the room for a Friday night, just be aware the nightlife scene in Playa Del Carmen is loud and noisy until 2-3 am. Luckily my wife and I travel with expensive noise cancelling over the ear headphones and using them combined with small earplugs to sleep made this a non issue. PROS- Staff is friendly, interior landscaping is tropical and cool looking, location is near the "strip" and beach, toiletries provided were actually pretty phenomenal. CONS - Check-in time sucks like most places in Mexico (3pm), Price (60$ USD) is acceptable for quality, rooms are a little dated and mattresses need to be replaced or deep cleaned, water is almost warm but def not hot, noise makes this place NOT ideal for families with kids which we don't have yet so meh. WARNING: Do not book this hotel unless you are either A) ok with loud bar/club noise until 3am or B) come prepared like we did with plugs and ANC headphones to sleep in. Advice to management. Provide guests with complimentary earplugs at check-in in case they don't have them and rent out over the ear noise cancelling headphones for 5$ each. Soundproof your rooms a little, right now there is 0% soundproofing.

Positive points: Hotel is very beautiful and room was very clean and comfortable. Staffs in reception were very nice and helpful. Pool is also very nice but quite small. Negative points: It's very close to the main street and too noisy at night as you can hear music from bars until 3am. So if you are looking for a quiet place at night this is not a suitable place for you. Also no elevator if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor you need to carry luggages to those floors.

Absolute gem of a hotel, located a block from the beach and a block from 10A. Clean rooms, great staff.. only thing negative (minimal) is that patio lights didn't work even though they tried fixing. Great value. Tony across the way serves quality breakfast, coffee and juices

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
