Not sure why the review is addressed to my son. Hotel Kindli was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel was well situated in the Old City and close to evrything that we wanted to do in the short time that we spent in Zurich. We will surely stay at this hotel the next time we visit Zurich.

The Kindli Hotel was wonderful! Room was spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Had delicious breakfasts in the hotel’s restaurant. Location was very central, we walked everywhere, the train station was a 15 minute walk.

The whole hotel is very good, the location is great, the breakfast service staff is friendly, and the check-out staff is kind. Except for one black-haired woman with glasses, who seemed impatient, aloof, and frowning all the time. I hope other travelers who come here don't have to encounter her.

Hotel Kindli exceeded our expectations by a country mile. It's been the most amazing amazing experience. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast service. The location is within walking distance to everything to see in the old city. Be mindful though that it is a rather hilly area, the walking distances as listed om Google Maps can be misleading. Thank you again Hotel Kindli for making our stay so so special. We will most certainly return.

The best in town. Historic hotel in the city Center. Amazing location, amazing staff and very nice rooms. Great breakfast served in the restaurant. A bit pricey but definitively worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
