        Looks good, recently renovated rooms, great price, unfortunately the room has no sound proofing. This hotel is above a theatre which is usually fine, in France and England, the hotels were so well insulated and quiet, you could probably hear a mouse fart in your room. Here, however, you can hear “CATS the musical” from downstairs, as the door to the balcony isn’t sealed at all (so it’s like a window is open all night). You can hear your neighbours talking through the walls, and they could hear my 7am alarm (sorry about that!). It’s not a bad place, close to the Metro station and other sites, but could use a little improvement.

        Overall our stay was nice and if we come to Rome soon again, we probably will stay again there. But there are some pros and cons. Pros or what we liked: - The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. - The room and the bathroom were big enough for a couple. The room we were in was quiet, no noise from people on the street - Yes, as some say, no fruit, but since we don't usually eat fruit for breakfast, it was fine for us. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very good cappuccino. - Very convenient location in the city itself - all the tourist spots we visited were within walking distance, with the furthest being about 20-30 min walk ( Colosseum and Vatican) . Which was perfect for us. If you want to use the metro/subway- there is a station 2 min from the hotel. Cons or what can be better: - No TV and fridge. We didn't discussed it with the staff, but it is recommendation if there is a little fridge- at least for cold drinks in the hot days.

        My review keeps getting deleted. Before booking at this hotel, I had sent a couple of emails asking if the hotel was wheelchair accessible. They assured me it was, so I went ahead with booking. Upon arrival at 1am, we discovered my standard size wheelchair would not even fit through the lift doors. The guy at the desk wasn’t fazed and wasn’t even apologetic for the situation. We asked him if he could help us to call another hotel for us. He refused so we asked for a refund since they gave us false information regarding wheelchair accessibility. He refused that too. We had to call the police to come and sort it out. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Hotel looked old and dated anyway. Plenty of other places close to everything and cheaper too.

        We stayed here in October for a 3 days ! Hotel is at good location,close all attractions. In our room there was no tv , that we miss a little bit . Breakfast is the same every day so i reccommend to out some more eggs, not just boiled eggs every day ! Anyway i give it 5 stars review ! Staff is really nice and kind .

        The first room we were offered was filthy and very dated. We asked to move and were offered a similar room. This was also filthy. After much discussion, we finally agreed to the only option they were prepared to offer: spend a huge amount of money on an upgrade. This room was okay except that when the performance began in the theatre below it was impossible to even read, let alone sleep. The staff appear to be fed up with complaints and we got the impression that the management just don't care. I recommend finding somewhere better.
