It is very convenient about a 5-minute walk to the nearby train station. Old building but clean and staff are friendly. Has breakfast buffet on the basement for an additional fee. Small room like any other 3-star hotel.

Rooms are extremely small. There are two single beds in my room and it is not big enough for both of us to open our suitcases at the same time. For some reasons, the hotel required us to leave the room key at the reception before going out, and getting the keys did not require any kind of security verification. The location is close to a station two major metro lines, but it is far away from JR station. So if you plan to buy JR pass should be aware that metro is not included in the pass.

Pricing is very reasonable. Location is very convenient for visitors to the University of Tokyo. It is also across the street from the Hongo San-chome subway station. It is definitely old school, with having to hand in your room keys at the front desk. More seriously, your room door needs to be manually locked when you leave. Room was reasonably clean, but run down. My shower head was mounted at a height that was suitable for perhaps someone under 5 feet tall. Speaking to other guests, it would seem that some of the rooms have been renovated more recently. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, if the quality was somewhat lacking. There is good wifi in each room, even though the website says that you need a LAN cable.

Best hotel for small stay. We were staying here for 7 days. It looked good enough. For vegetarians, the meals are scare in whole Japan. You can see that by going for breakfast here. University of Tokyo is on walking distance and M line metro is also nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
