The property is centrally located. You can get to all parts of the city fairly easily from here. This is the only convenience. Unfortunately, the owners are not investing in or doing much to maintain the hotel. All of the furniture is worn down with nicks, scratches, peeling varnish, etc. The padding in the mattress, couch, and chairs are slack. Old furniture would be fine, but these are spoiled, broken, and worst of all not clean. The room was not clean. No part of the hotel appears to be regularly cleaned. During my stay the staff put me in a room where there was an active leak. When I told them the carpet was wet, and the wetness was spreading, staff told me that it was due to rain. Even if that was true, a normal hotel would have tried to fix it. It had not rained in 3 days, and my room was on the 3rd floor. How rain could be seeping up from the carpet near the hallway as opposed to the windows boggles the mind. More than likely the toilet was broken. It is more than likely there was a broken pipe given the toilet was also broken ( and they refused to fix or accommodate). There is mediocre security. The neighborhood is actually safe, but can seem very scary at night if you are not from LA or a dense city. There are homeless encampments adjacent to the property. Like everything else, staff does nothing to help you navigate, feel safe, or provide information. This place probably used to be a good hotel. It runs more like a hostel now, which is unfortunate.

It’s a true rarity to stay at a hotel that feels as safe as your own home but Hotel Koxie managed to make me feel exactly so. I was here on an extended stay and by the time it was my last night there, I realized next time I’m here it will be fully renovated and transformed! This time around I documented my room and the lobby to capture the old world charm of Hot Koxie but also thrilled for all the new developments that are happening. There is on site valet-parking and a 24 hr security that makes it very Convinient if you’re working late hours and appreciate that extra sense of security when arriving and departing. Rooms get cleaned every day, towels are fresh and so is the bedding and there is a 24 hr front desk. Mini fridge in the room, Ice, filtered hot/cold water in the lobby and some snacks to purchase in the vending machine. Made a beautiful memory staying here. Thanks 🙏🏼

A relative had reserved and stayed at the worst place you can call a hotel. This place makes Motel6 a 7 star hotel. As you can see the photos, the unrepaired, damaged furniture and how they'd tried to use scotch tape to gold the drawer in place. Shower door hinge was falling out and door can't be closed. Rust showing in the ceiling of the Shower. Paint was cracked and peeling from the ceiling of the entrance of the room. How they managed to call this a hotel is beyond anyone. And to charge a fee for this? It's a shakey box with beds. They need to do a full renovation and I mean all of it. IT'S JUST HORRIFIC

This is a older hotel.. the room I got was not fully updated like some of the pictures on here shows.. But I totally love the old school feel with the yellow interior… The bed is super comfy, AC works well.. room is very clean, bathrooms are fancy.. Marble countertops and all.. The staff is super nice.. The night security is nice as well.. The hospitality is amazing!!! So parking is not free, it’s 15 per night with in and out privileges. There is a $200 deposit that you have to leave. I can do either cash or card.. I definitely come back here!!!

Stayed one night to attend a show at the convention center. Staff was very nice. The hotel is under renovation and still has older furniture/fixture but was very clean. Parking is valet and has security all night. Cost $15 extra to park. Good for a quick stay in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
