We have just had 2 nights at the Kramer hotel and to say we enjoyed it is an understatement. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bar restaurant is great. The staff in the bar are very welcoming and the food is delicious. Everyone at the Kramer Hotel was smiling and friendly. A treasure for us was Tatiana who was on the reception desk. She couldn't have been more helpful. She told us that if there was any little thing she could do for us, just pick up the phone. It was our first visit to the Kramer but we are looking forward to returning. Thank you all.

Clean rooms and great housekeeping service. The rate was not bad too. Despite not being right in the middle of everything, once we found out how easy the transit system was, we enjoyed the quiet of this location. Also there is a supermercado right across the street! The morning breakfast was not bad too. We only chose to buy it on one day, it enjoyed it! We’ll definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at NH Hotel but it was way overpriced. We paid a high amount but didn't get what we expected for the pay. Hotel Kramer instead was way better. You get what you pay for, people from the reception are absolutely nice and the rooms were better too! I'd come back here. We haven't tried breakfast because we had to depart early.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. About 20 minutes on foot to the center of Valencia. Bus stations and a shopping center are also close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, an additional plus would be a kettle. Breakfast is the same every day, but you can choose different things, so it's good. The price of breakfast is also very affordable. Kathleen from the front desk was very approachable and nice. Also, Facundo from the bar was very friendly.

Great hotel with good location. Front staff was friendly & responsive. However, breakfast was a bit of a letdown. After ordering my toast & omelette the menu was taken away giving the impression that it was limited to one serving per customer even though it’s a buffet breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
