Nice and cosy. Room is enough for two persons and has a cute little balcony. Location is great next to Interlaken West train station and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok.

This hotel has a great location. The room with street view offers nice mountain view. The balcony is great. The rooms are spacious and the bed soft and comfortable. Keep in mind this is a renovated old house, the guest above us kept walking the whole night and the floor creaking pretty much never ceased. Some of the staff at reception are very friendly while others seem to not grasp the context of a 4 star hotel. Parking available upon request and payment.

Fantastic stay. The rooms were big, clean and nice. Breakfast was really good with nice variety of options. Staff were friendly and courteous. Location is very close to train station and bus stations. So many restaurant options nearby (especially, Indian food)

The male staff at Krebs Interlaken restaurant were very rude! When we entered the restaurant, he said to us, ‘I will give you a table if you close the door.’ I understand that, but why couldn’t he say, ‘Can you close the door for us?’ or “I will assign you a table if you kindly close the door”. Moreover, it is my firm belief that, as a member of the staff, one’s duty includes attending to such matters as opening and closing the door for all customers. This lapse in basic customer service standards is unacceptable. When we sat at the table, nobody came to serve us. We had to wait for a while and raise my hand five times, but no one paid any attention. When he finally came to take our order, we tried to order Swiss beer, and he said to us, "ARE YOU MAD?" I don't know if he thought it was funny or if it was due to a lack of proficiency in the English language. As a waiter working in a restaurant, he should have received proper training and know how to communicate with the customer. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!

Best hotel you can find in Interlaken. They had the best fondue and location wise also its very convenient. Its very near to Interlaken West walkable like 200 m. They make you feel very welcome and let you deposit luggages as well. Very good rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
