They for sure need renovations. Shower hard to use due to split water. Dated furniture. Not really friendly staff. And extreme slow WIFI. And yes i know it's a Berlin - no hot summer. But it's actually exist and air conditioner is a must in our century for good room

Stayed 4 nights here. Room was clean however, in summer was very warm. Breakfast was good and the staff in the dining room were very attentive. Location is about a 25 min ride on the s bahn from city centre and s bahn stations westkreuz and halensee are very close.

The receptionist was unwelcoming. Apart from that the hotel was ok and the breakfast was what to expect, staff at breakfast was very good. We liked the bed. Tv was as small as can be (20"?) Bathroom was very outdated and the showerdrain did not work. Also the watermixer for the shower was clearly not working. Water went from very cold to burning 5 times during a shower.

A bit far from town centre and staff didn't have smiling attitude so average customer service but overall good hotel. Train tracks are less than 100 meters away so gets noisy at night. Expensive breakfast options which is not included in the booking.
