Good location. It's set the other side of the main road to the lake. However there some hotels being built currently next door. (January 2024) there is currently an issue getting hot water when I want it. The breakfast is cold. They can't seem to have it kept warm and it only gets offered till 9am. Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy. There is a fridge and tv. No safe. The wifi is a little intermittent .

The atmosphere is wonderful and pleasant, with spacious and meticulously cleaned rooms. The staff pays attention to every detail, ensuring a delightful experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the market. The staff is awesome, active, and always attentive to guest needs.

Absolutely loved the stay, great Hospitality .. The staff behaviour was the best I have ever seen in a hotel Till now . Each and every employee were very friendly, helpful & courteous. it was home away from home .. Everything was great. Made our travel very easy and managed everything so well. Love & best regards from Kolkata, India

We were charged Rs 8000/- ( 60$) for a room on new year’s eve which was not worth it for the room & service they provided. The bedsheet were very old & water tap fell out when I tried to shower, it wasn’t a 3 star hotel feel at all. The main thing which disappointed me is they said breakfast is included in the price, we were not aware of the breakfast time they didn’t even called & informed us but this one particular female receptionist was denying & had an attitude didn’t even greeted us & apologized. No complaints for the male staffs as they were very polite. The female receptionist lied that she had called & informed, & when we asked for refund of breakfast we didn’t had she was very rude and unprofessional tried to denied their mistake. I won’t mind paying if it’s worth it but the apunt we paid for such horrible service and room was not worth it. Never coming & recommending kumari inn to anyone ever again. And still I haven’t got my apology ! Be careful guys save your money for some better hotels & service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
