Perfect for the Rugby World Cup. Newly renovated & so close to the ground. If you are going to the Marseille stadium this is the best hotel to stay at.

Fantastic bed and pillow seldom sleep so well in hotel. Nice that you can make coffee and tea in the room. Only heating had a bit off day 😉 Very friendly

They are alright rooms, as always staff... Meh some better some not... In general, no one is really wiling to "go the extra mile" in France, as compared to other countries, big chain hotels, feels more distant and less friendly. That is: If you ask for something let's say, out of: "bonjour j'ai une réservation" staff would be troubled... Never had a gesture of courtesy, although sometimes I have returned up to 5-10 times in a year, they are mostly correct, but lack the sense of extraordinary service, you are given in Spain, or some eastern European countries.
