Great location and friendly staff. Room was more than adequate for our time in Busan. It was clean and cozy. Right near so many restaurants and conveniently near one of the main subway hubs, highly recommend for any visitors.

Close to Seomyeon exit 9. The receptionist on duty when we checked-in looked like she didn't want to be there. Room itself was clean and quiet. The ac was slightly difficult to control, either too cold or too warm. Shower wasn't separated from the toilet so the floor gets wet, though it dried pretty quickly.

The room looks mostly similar to the website. However, the room itself does not feel clean. The room has a strong damp smell when I entered, turning on the ac has helped lessen it. There were lots of baby flies in the room, especially in the bathroom, it's gross to have to tackle the bugs whenever I came back to the room. The ventilation is clearly not right, creating a moist environment and attreacting bugs. I also got bitten in the room which is unusual for nov weather. The only bonus is the location.

Nice little hotel feel like home, the manager is helpful. Very clean room. Con: bath room easy to get wet. Must put more hanger for customer to hang clothes and towel, no proper cup provide, only paper cup, but they arrange to borrow us 4 glasses for our beers bought from outside. The rooftop is my favourite, every night i go there to enjoy the good weather and drinks. Help to get taxi to ktx👍 Place is a quieter side of Seomyeon but still near to metro.. Will stay again if come busan. Free breakfast given during weekend is just simple but can't complain la.

Beautiful minimalist decor, spacious room and bathroom. There is a little balcony with a table and chair, which is nice if you want fresh air. Walking distance from Seomyeon station. There's shopping, restaurants, convenience stores close by. The staff is so friendly. They stored our luggage when we arrived early, then delivered our luggage to our room when it was ready. There is a rooftop bar with drinks, and breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
