It was alright. The high price can only be explained because of its location but it felt like a 3 star hotel despite its higher rating. The interiors look a little dated. There was a smell of smoke coming through what I believe to be the vents (perhaps it’s recycling air from the inside of the building? Not sure). With all that said and done, if you’re looking to be near Gangnam area for a day or two, this is an alright choice.

Absolutely awful staying experience🙃 On the day I checked in, the weather in Korea was a pleasant autumn day with a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius, dropping to a comfortable 18 degrees at night. However, to my dismay, the room's heating was cranked up to a scorching 27 degrees!!! When I called the front desk to address the issue, I was shocked to learn that the room lacked any temperature control, leaving me feeling deeply disappointed and furious. To make matters worse, I had no choice but to open the windows to let in some fresh air and try toachieve a more reasonable temperature. However, this only exposed me to the incessant noise from the nearby busy road, making it almost impossible to get a decent night's sleep. On top of that, the room was infested with mosquitoes, further deteriorating the quality of my rest. Considering the fact that this hotel boasts a four-star rating and charges a hefty price, this kind of experience is simply unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, the hotel staff exhibited an indifferent and unhelpful attitude throughout my ordeal. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel, as the location, staff quality, and room conditions are all far from desirable

Location is very convenient, nice in day time for shopping, in the evening for bar & restaurants. Hotel is clean, room is just convenient. Mr. Gwangsub Lee was amazing host, very helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and when we go back to Seoul, we would definitely stay there again

The hotel location is really strategic..nearby Apgujeong & Gangnam area, and can go to Han River by walk as well.

Very clean room and great location in Gangnam Seoul. Highly recommended I you look for somewhere to stay in Gangnam Seoul. The stuffs are very friendly and speak good English. The hotel has garden roof top which is great to hangout in the evening.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
