        I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The location was great, only a 5 minute walk for the fontana de trevi and right next to all the luxury brands (you fell safe) About the hotel, the economic room is not big, but more than enough for a couple. We went during the winter and the room was always warm and cosy, the shower worked perfect, very well cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The breakfast was really good (pancakes with Nutella? Incredibly) and has a good view. Overall, amazing.

        Mid-Sept 2023 3rd morning there we saw bed bugs in the room! I’m so upset! Super basic room with bed & fridge. The breakfast & attendant was awesome! The front check is in a hotel around the corner was very friendly and helpful. Able to drop luggage prior to room being ready. Very close to Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps.

        I was very disappointed… sad to say I unfortunately spent my birthday at this hotel. The wifi or tv did not work in my room. The mattress quality was terrible, in fact two smaller mattresses were retrofitted into a queen bed-frame. The shower was clogged and kept overflowing. There were bugs, including roaches, in the room! The accommodation was not cheap but the stay certainly felt that way.

        I loved absolutely everything about this hotel.         Pros: 1) good location 5 minutes from trevi fountain 2) lovely breakfast staff! The man who attended to the breakfast and made coffee every morning was very sweet and helpful. Cons: 1) AC didn’t work well. Not great for summer especially considering the lack of airflow. 2) shower was tiny and didn’t drain, no way 2 people could take showers within 30 mins of each other - a nightmare to get ready in the morning. 3) when we checked in one of the room keys didn’t work, and there was no toilet paper - not great after having to lug bags around the corner to the reception to check in since the one at La Fenice was unattended 4) NO natural light. One tiny window in the corner and the room was pitch black most of the time 5) wifi only reached one tiny corner of the room if you were standing at the door

        Do not bother booking here - no one at reception - you need to go to another hotel to get room key - no happy hour on the roof top as quoted on their website - the roof top at night is not lit & no bar service available - hotel rooms are musty smelling & small - in need of a good paint & general renovation- breakfast was good
