        We had such a fantastic three-night stay at La Gemma hotel. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredible. So friendly and supportive, they really made our stay perfect. Huge shoutout to them! location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's within walking distance of famous streets and shops. We loved being able to easily explore the area. The suite we stayed in was both spacious and cozy with a truly remarkable decoration. We were so impressed. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again for everything!

        A beautiful hotel in the centre of Florence! This is a luxurious brand new hotel. Our two bedroom suite was absolutely amazing and the location is the best there is. The breakfast is also very nice. I guess the value for money is subjective, however the main thing we think worth improving is the service. A more experienced, efficient service would have made our stay even more memorable. But all in all, a wonderful option for a special vacation in Florence.

        I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to highlight this outstanding stay we had at the heart of Florence. We were made to feel very welcome and cherished. The room was beautiful and well thought out. The included breakfasts rated among some of the best meals we had on our trip, certainly the best from any hotel we have ever stayed in to date (highly recommend the French toast). We were actually sad to have to leave this delightful hotel at the end of our 3 nights there. Would go back in a heartbeat!

        We loved our stay at La Gemma Hotel. Our room was beautiful with an incredible view of the top of the Duomo. Everything was perfect. This was my first time in Florence and our stay at La Gemma made our trip that much more memorable. We can't wait to return to Florence and stay again at La Gemma. The staff's hospitality and exceptional service was also a highlight. Our lovely breakfasts were elegant and delicious. Thank you La Gemma!

        As a travel concierge i love to check out properties! La Gemma did not disappoint. The rooms were big, spacious and just beautiful. Service was amazing. Bar and restaurant were beautiful and accommodating. Location was central. This hotel has a beautiful family history and is truly a gem. Co & Cr Luxury

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
