A beautiful small hotel right across the street from the beach. The room was very nice with a modern bathroom. We had a small terrace which looked out toward the beach. The staff was helpful and gave some good restaurant suggestions. We only spent one night, as we were leaving Rome the next morning, but we would definitely stay here again. They offer an airport shuttle that we used. Great location in the heart of a nice waterfront town.

We had a great stay at La Scaletta. The location was great with proximity to the airport and to the ocean. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were also very clean. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check out while we did some sight seeing before our flight. Highly recommend!

10/10 could not recommend higher. Girls trip was amazing which the hotel played a big part in. Clean, comfortable, amazing service. We had a double bed sea view room and what a gorgeous view it was! On top of amazing hotel service, delicious fresh breakfast and made to order coffee/expresso. Great location too quiet, safe, and only 10 minute walk to the subway to get into Rome City Center. When we come back will be staying at the exact same location.

This is our go to hotel when taking early AM flights out of FCO. We love being on the location of this property as their are wonderful restaurants and shopping with in walking distance and the price is great compared to the airport hotels. We also love the impeccable service at this hotel, always 5 star and go the extra mile to assist you. Rooms are clean, small, but just fine for a short visit. We left at 4am, so we did not get to have coffee or breakfast this time. Several options with the bus, train, taxi to get to the property. We choose a taxi due to our unique times and this ran 35/45 Euro....still less expensive than the airport!

The location is perfect as it is just a few steps away from the sea where one can enjoy the sunset. Various restaurants are within reach from the hotel. The reception desk is manned by competent and professional staff. The lady in charge of the dining area is charming and quite proactive. Kudos to the reception and the dining team.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
