Pluses: modern rooms, bathrooms, no cars noise, friendly staff. Minuses: ground floor and 1st floor rooms can hear the staff talking in the reception. Thin walls that let you hear the vacuum cleaner in the early morning from the room above. Low diversity of breakfast, not a single vegetable. Need to take bus until downtown, prices.

Overall, nice spacious rooms and bathroom, with shower and bidet. Toiletries were provided, though they were slow to replenish shower gel. Rooms have no soundproofing. I can hear next door rooms flush, what they talk, and even people walking talking outside the door. Good thing this hotel in a quiet area... Breakfast - same selection every day. No ala carte menu was offered. Sausages and bacon not the best quality. However I found the pastries to be decently fresh. We asked for fried eggs one morning at 10.30, and we're told the kitchen was closed? (Breakfast supposed to be till 11 am on weekends) . Not impressed. Overall, I'd not recommend. Was far from centre. Though we managed it... I hingsight, if you are a tourist, book something a little closer might be better. Perhaps if the food was good I would definitely recommend. But food wasn't great.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. When we arrived, 1h after the check-in time, the room was not ready. Then, the automatic blind didn’t close and we had to sleep with lights coming inside. Up until there, I was ok, these things happen, but then the noticed that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. I couldn’t sleep, it was too hot. I asked for a fan but they said that the only one available was allocated to another room. In the morning, our friends that stayed in another room also complained about the air conditioner, that the room was too hot. I complained and they gave discount of ~80 euros (which is not even half of the price of one of the two rooms). The receptionist was really sorry about it but the management said that it was the best that they could do. You can definitely find better hotels paying much less.

This is one of the best hotels, I have ever visited. We went to Rome for the wedding with my wife. The hotel didn't know about it, but they prepared a wonderful surprise for us after the wedding. The staff was amazing, the food too. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the position of the hotel is also good. We definitely plan to come back here because we have wonderful memories from there.

Very nice hotel, rooms are really well decorated and comfy ! It's certainly worth the price. The negative point is the location a bit far from the center, but you get instead a quiet place to sleep 😴 metro is 10min walk away and there is a bus stop 5 min walking away. I will come back for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
