We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Lancaster. All staff was very courteous and friendly, and spoke good English. Our room was quite big for Paris. We loved how romantic and truly Parisian it felt. Real plants in the room were a great touch. One must try their restaurant, it is a true gem with some of the best food. Tiffany and Ben are super friendly and they make sure everything runs smoothly. We will probably be back in March. P.S. Ladies… there is a Dyson hairdryer in the room🤩

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lancaster in Paris, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Its location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Champs-Élysées. Upon arrival, the front desk manager gave us a warm welcome and even upgraded our room to one with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The room itself was extraordinary—spacious, elegantly furnished, and complete with a balcony that provided an incredible panorama of the city. The bathroom was a highlight on its own; it was nearly as large as the room and stocked with all the amenities you could ever wish for. The staff were consistently kind and respectful, always attentive but never intrusive, creating a sense of private luxury throughout our stay. We also had breakfast at the hotel each morning of our stay, and it was consistently delicious, offering a great start to our days of exploring Paris. We are already looking forward to our next visit and have no plans to stay anywhere else but Hotel Lancaster. Thank you for making our Parisian getaway truly unforgettable!

The location of this hotel is beyond great. We also enjoyed the over all aesthetic of the rooms and lobby design. However, this hotel is not baby/kid friendly whatsoever. The rooms have very low quality sound control. Everything can be heard. In addition to that we received a call from the receptionist asking us to keep our one year old twin babies quiet (keep in mind our babies are very calm, good babies and we spent most of our days out sight seeing). How can you stop a baby from being a baby? It made us feel very unwelcome and we wanted to eagerly leave. The service wasn’t so great, they didn’t want to help us or answer our questions. It’s too bad for a great hotel to lack in service. The bellmen outside were very warm and welcoming. But apart from the two of them all service was not so great. Breakfast was okay, not the best.

Just a wonderful hotel, right off the Champs Elysee. Beautiful rooms, amazing cocktails, and delicious food. We booked the hotel for a last minute weekend in Paris, based on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. A perfect weekend getaway.

If you want a high end boutique hotel blocks from the Arc de Triomphe this is the best I have found. Upgraded room was amazing with fireplace. Concierge Sven worked so hard to accommodate tough last minute requests as was the whole staff. Oh and it was half the price of more established spots so save your money and stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
