        Hotel located next to Kingsway, convenient to go to some popular destinations like the new gate, darwar marga etc. The hotel didn't have a disabled friendly entrance, there was no ramp for wheel chair or pram. Not prepared to take on small kids, so should talk to the hotel in advance. The hotel had good breakfast, slightly expensive for 3 star but looking into the location, services and clineness.I was fine to pay the price. Suggestions for them is to have ramp or disable friendly entrance though there are lifts aftering entering but issue is entering. They should have some beds or flexibility to take in small kids.

        This was my third stay at Landmark Hotel, Durbar Marg. The staffs are friendly and cooperative. I’ve tried different hotels in Kathmandu and I must say this hotel is my favorite till date.         Best hotel in Kathmandu, our second stay. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, staff were amazing. Employee called Shandhya was very friendly attentive and helpful. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We received a complimentary candle light dinner set up also they allow us to have early check in and late check out. We checked out at 7 pm as we have late night flight. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu. Great location, kings way is couple of minutes walk. Entire Kathmandu view from room top.

        Very good hotel.. A little bit expensive but good.. No pool spa and club but good restro nd site view. I had room on 7th floor which gave very beautiful view of kathmandu and mountain
