No doubt with the hotel staffs customer service but the hotel itself is not worth what you paid. We paid Rs 10000 per night to stay in heritage room, but the room is under Rs 3000 worth, what a rip-off. They even didn't mention about the room condition when I was booking before. I would like to request the staffs please mention the room condition before you book to the customers. And To all fellows before you pay the advance deposit come visit the hotel and room for your own satisfaction be aware with this type of scam thank you.

Had a 3 nights stay in Landmark and absolutely loved the hotel, ambiance and the service. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was good and the infinity pool was the best catch. The hospitality there stands out the best among others. Amazing team with such polite staffs who are at your service all the time.

Our stay extended for three nights. Pros: • Great location • Smooth availability of hot water • Enjoyed cultural dance every evening Cons: • Housekeeping is an issue; rooms not cleaned daily, even upon request. • Lack of milk sachets for tea in rooms, occasional absence of sugar. • No bucket in the washroom (not everyone uses the shower). • Restaurant takes a minimum of one hour to serve food (in restaurant itself) after placing order. Overall, the hotel is excessively priced for the services and amenities provided. I’d recommend it only if there are no other options available.

I didn’t stay there but only visited their spa…3-4times and had the best experience. Their masseuse Usha was real talented and professional. I have chronic shoulder pain due to rotator cuff tear but everytime I went there, I felt much better for awhile. It’s located on the 6th floor and there’s no sign board outside unless you look so closely. I was lucky because the spa next door was closed so I ended up there. If thehotel promotes it more, people will come because their service is the best! Will come back when I return to Nepal.

Stayed at Landmark Pokhara for 3 nights. Stay was superb. Hotel rooms are good. Staff is prompt and responsive. Location of the hotel is on the main shopping street with lot of food outlets and evening events happening. So 5/5 for this property. We had half of people in our team above 70 but very well taken care of by hotel team.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
