        We spent ten days in the hotel and we were very comfortable, but we knew that the hotel would be a bit old and would lack maintenance (even the blankets had gigantic holes). Check the previous reviews and you'll see that. However, it was a good stay. We were out all the days, so we only needed the room to sleep. If you want something with more attention to details, you might want to check other hotels.

        This hotel is exclusively for foreigners only and is right along the Galle road. You'll get a warm Sri Lankan welcome when you check-in and that ocean view alone will hype you up. Ask for a ocean view room and your mornings will be serene! Friendly staff and overall good food. Recommend.

        We were yelled at for coming in from the beach. We only wanted a coffee, came in at around 9:30 when their breakfast service was basically done and Nilmini (chef) was not too pleased with us. Citrus is just a few feet away. Save yourself the trouble and just go there instead

        VERY RACIST!! Nilimi (chef) was extremely rude to us. Foreigners gets to wear anything they'd like. We as SRI LANKANS were yelled at for wearing the same clothes they were!! There is no mention of a dress code so I guess it's what the staff feels like that day. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

        This is the by far worst ever hotel I’ve been in. This 2023 and they’re still in the same condition as before back in 2019. We genuinely thought it might be better now as they were renovating it back then. Therk properly. The doors are still rusted and oldThe beds are so uncomfortable and I had the worst sleep and got the worst back pain ever. Our plan was to stay for 2 nights but we left from one night. We just couldn’t bear it!! The balcony’s are so dirty. They haven’t even cleaned the rooms well. Room service was bad as well.they had a limited time to order even sugar packets. Soon as my cousin got into the bed it broke. Everything is damn old!! The receptionist were rude and had a bad attitude. They didn’t even have a cool water bottle when we asked during breakfast. Not even ice. We had to ask atleast 5 times for a water bottle. The view is so nice but the stay is bad. Wish they made this place a better one and with better service. They mentioned that they had card payments but when we wanted to check out they said they don’t have card payments as the machine is broken. Just my advice: DONT GO!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
