Good location close to the tourist avenue, and the rooms are nice. We didn't have hot water in our room for 3 out of 4 days however so that was unfortunate.

One of my favorite Hotels in Playa del Carmen. I'd recommend booking the fourth floor suites, some of them may have huge bath tubs. Just a wonderfull and chill place. Not many party people, it appears to me more suitable for a quiter audience.

Nice hotel! Kind staff. Pros- *Comfortable bathroom, bed, pillows. *Nice pools *Good locations to enjoy the the Sun and work outside. *fast internet speed Cons- *AC didn’t work at night, but didn’t need it either ways. *People would talk loudly on the pool area at night which I could hear in my room. Nothing major, just a quick comfortable hotel experience.

Booked it literally last minute for a few days (including nye) since most other cheaper places were sold out and the reviews seemed decent. Personally don't think this hotel deserves reviews that positive. The good: - location (it's hard to find places in Playa "poorly located" though) - we were allowed to check in a few hours earlier - beds were relatively comfortable (mattresses are on the softer side which I personally like) - the fridge is a bit bigger than usual - free water dispenser near the lobby The bad: - all rooms have a window facing the inner courtyard where people walk which means little privacy if the curtains are opened, but the room is too dark when they are closed - sound insulation is poor - water pressure is awful - wifi in the room was slow and unstable - the TV is tiny & ancient - no blankets whatsoever, only a sheet (admittedly a regular occurrence in Playa but annoying nevertheless) - 400 pesos for late check-out which is quite outrageous (our room didn't have guests coming in the following day) Overall, it's pretty poor value, unless you are paying under 40€ a night during high season or significantly less during the quieter months.

A charming hotel away from the maddening crowds, with a garden patio with small pool. We arrived there after a 16 hour flight and were pleasantly surprised (the pictures dont do the charm justice). It's relatively quiet and the breakfast was one of the better ones we've had for this price point. Friendly service, and not unimportant: good beds!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
