        The hotel's location is great. The area is safe and although it is away from the center you have anything you need. The rooms are OK, they clean every day. The guy who works in the reception in the morning is helpful. The night guy not so much. The man who is in charge for breakfast is very polite. Generally, if you look for something normal this hotel is good enough.

        DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Checked in and got told our room had no AC but that they would be fixing it by the next day. Day 3 of my stay comes and I’m still sleeping with absolutely no AC except for a portable fan to “cool” the entire room which did not help at all. On top of that, the front desk workers were extremely unaccommodating and lacked any problem solving skills when I went to them with questions or in need of help with something. Due to my room having no AC for 3 days, I went downstairs to the hotel reception asking to buy water and the staff member refused to charge me with card and would only accept cash, despite me telling him I did not have any. His excuse was that he did not want to have to pay the extra tax that comes with charging a credit card even though he charged the person in front of me on their credit card.

        The location of the hotel is great, but the quality is just not there. The internet is terrible, at about 3 Mbps. There is also no laundry service.

        A nice clean well kept hotel in a great location, literally outside Bologna metro station. Lots of nice bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's manned 24 hours which is another nice feature. Good value for the price.
