I stayed here at beginning and end of tour .Loved the staff both at reception and in dining areas .Friendly and helpful room comfy though Fri and Sat nights nightclub noisy Try and get room at back. Breakfast enjoyable thank you to all the staff there . I miss Morocco and it’s people I hope and pray I can come back .

Bit of a mixed bag really. Room very clean and spacious but watch out for the dodgy electrics. Plug socket next to bed was loose and hanging from wall. Air conditioning didn't work. Ensuite was OK but could do with a bloody good scrub. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Staff not overly friendly and pastries were not fresh and cheese omelette was not very nice and salad garnish was on the turn. Outside the hotel is a building site! On the plus side dinner in the hotel bistro was absolutely amazing!

We stayed two nights in the hotel and it was so bad. Our didn’t have enough room to keep even their pillows, outside doors can’t be locked, no toiletries or drinking water. Very poor service. I do not recommend this hotel

I didn't stay at this hotel but rather had dinner with a group of friends. The quality was average at best, but disappointing is a more accurate description. The service was horrendous, it took 1 hour until we got our drinks (3 were the wrong drinks too) and another hour until the food arrived. The prices are roughly 4 times what you'd pay on average in Marrakech and overall not even one apology was provided.

A solid 3 star hotel. In the middle of everything in Gueliz which has a lot of bars restaurants and nightclubs. There are loud bars open until 3am nearby so can be a bit noisy if you are looking for a quiet area having a room at the rear of the hotel would be beneficial. Some shops, not all, in the area can overcharge you for everyday items so be aware.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
