Very good hotel with a nice and clean room, friendly receptionist / hotel manager and good location close to the center. Breakfast was also good, taxi was ordered on time and to a local price. One of the best standards of a Georgian hotel I have experienced so far in Georgia.

Great little hotel (12 rooms) about a 5 minute walk from Freedom Square, fairly cheap but the rooms are well presented and clean. About the only negative is the WiFi isn’t the best but is still usually usable.

Very nice hotel in renovated old building. No breakfast here, but comfortable rooms in quiet back street not very far from Freedom Square and short walk from here to the Leaning Clock Tower, Maidan Bazar and Abanoturbano. The room was a bit pricey, there are cheaper options including breakfast in the price so we moved on. That's what I suggest they do...offer breakfast and lower price a bit.

The hotel location is very convenient connected by metro and buses and walking distance to many attractions. Room is clean and very comfortable bed. Staff is 24 hr to help you. If you have big car parking is a bit difficult

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
