        Staff were helpful and the location is very convenient. Very close to Alesia Metro Station and 10 minute walk to RER Denfert-Rochereau station. Unless you want a hot meal, skip the €10 breakfast. Rooms could also do with a bit more TLC.

        Absolutely horrible, do not stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we discovered bedbugs in the bed linens. We went downstairs to speak to the front desk manager. Before we raised an issue, he was polite and helpful. However, after we told him of the issue, he became increasingly hostile. He offered a room change to another room, but at that point we did not feel comfortable, knowing that if one room has bedbugs, the others most likely also have bedbugs. He absolutely refused to give us a refund, even with photo and video evidence of the room being unclean and unfit to live in. Stay here only if you're comfortable bringing home some new pets.

        The hotel is very old. It is noisy, expect to be woken up by the first customer taking a shower in the morning. Although it was warm in the rooms, it was impossible to shut down the heating. Shampoo and soap won't be replaced, even if you stay for 5 nights. When I asked for extra soap and shampoo, I had to negotiate with the person at the reception. He finally agreed to give me one extra sample of soap, which was already used!!! Breakfast is awful and expensive, there are nice places around to not waste your money.

        Overall this place is good but the rooms are tiny! For the price, the hotel is worth it since there is a convenience store nearby and you can buy whatever you need there. There is also a 24-hour check-in desk and the staff is extremely helpful. There are a good number of amenities near the hotel that can be of some help to you.
