Be careful, the photos are not true. Very dirty hotel, with broken furniture (if what is there can be called furniture). Blankets without duvet covers, with large yellow spots (one can only guess where they come from). The smell in the room is beyond words. We could not stay in the room for more than an hour, we had to urgently look for a new hotel (at night!!!). The employee at the reception, in response to our indignation, calmly replied that he did not know what was happening in the rooms !!!!!!!!!!!! but he was not ashamed to take payment for the room ....

The worst one i’have ever seen!!! It's a dirty, smelly and terribly noisy place. The photo on the site is not true. It looks like an old, abandoned barn, with no windows. Entrance door with glass and access to the entrance, in which the light bulb was constantly turned on and off. I had to look for a nearby hotel. one plus is the location in the center. staff - no comment. the worst experience of my life…

I loved this hotel. The location was great, a few meters away from the seaside and the city centre. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. It has a balcony with a view of the opposite street, which was very lively and full of nice restaurants and bars. The bathroom was very modern and with all the facilities. The staff couldn't be nicer. We had a problem with our rental car and a really nice man spent great part of his busy morning with us trying to help us. Thank you so much for all you kindness. I strongly recommend this hotel and if we ever go back to Cannes, we'll definitely stay there.

This hotel is located right in the middle of Cannes and only a few steps away from the Croissette. Great location! when comparing prices at other hotels in the area, this hotel is a real bargain. I will definetly come back here.

Top location to the beach, a lot of great restaurants nearby. New bathroom. Great view down from the balcony to the "In-Gastro-Avenue", it's like a movie! Friendly staff, effordable breakfast. We got more than expected.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
