I stayed for a couple days in January, not only is the design incredible, immersive, and delightful - the service was above and beyond. I cannot recommend this hotel more, from the options they give you of gifts on arrival, to the hotel staff that made me feel very at home. Extremely well considered, it feels like it has been here forever. The pool is the cherry on top, the restaurant and bar had excellent and contemporary takes on traditional foods, I could have stayed in the hotel the entire duration of my stay.

Stayed here for two nights approx six weeks after the opening, very charming hotel, perfect location, beautiful interior, maybe some small details here and there, perfectly normal such a short time after the opening. The pool is more for floating than swimming, the gym is nicely equipped, apparently sometimes a yoga is taking place, which should maybe be signalled to hotel guests. When I was there, no swipes for cleaning machines/handles were provided, which is not ideal in a gym.

Stayed for 3 nights in December. Whole hotel smelt of sewage for the entire stay. I had to hold my nose when I walked down the corridors. Even my room smelt terrible and I had to leave my windows open to ventilate the smell (in the middle of freezing winter...). Staff totally ignored it and only acknowledged the terrible smell when I mentioned it. They gave me a bottle of champagne (I don't drink) and offered me a room upgrade for the next time I stay. Hardly sufficient for a 5-star hotel charging $$$$ per night. There are plenty of excellent hotels in Paris. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Stayed here Dec 26-30th with my wife and son. Brand new hotel with high-end design elements, outstanding food and service, and cozy, beautifully equipped rooms. We stayed in a fifth floor suite with separate living area. Beautiful pool and gym on the lower level. The onsite Boubale restaurant is phenomenal, really one of the highlights of our trip. Daily breakfast is also outstanding. Location is very central, although beware its not a quiet area. Excellent overall service. Top rating.

We absolutely loved Le Grand Mazarin and will visit again soon. The service was impeccable, and all of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The restaurant was amazing, and the mixologists at the bar were wonderful too. We highly recommend this experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
