Hotel La Pacha is a grand old hotel in the heart of Tunis. It's being renovated, but still manages to give excellent service to customers, even during dinner when the hotel lost It's power for about 15 minutes due to renovation

Hotel is good,the staff is polite,and the room service is daily. Missed indian foods there. Preferred to take food outside. Pub music and traffic noise in late nights was annoying sometimes. If leave few negatives,Overall experience was fine.

I was there for one night, the room was like 3 by 3 meters !!! including a double place bed, two chairs, a desk, a show table and the bathroom itself, I think that's very unconfy for all of that. The food was very limited, what you get for dinner today, may be your lunch for tomorrow. Only one thing that was unbelievably lovable, is the coffee break.

The hôtel is located at the city center, easily accessible, clean, and a great staff. The rooms are clean and fresh. The food is also delicious and multi optional. One minor issue is that the side of the hotel is overlooking a usually busy main street, so if you are into no AC-window-open person, you will be bothered by the amount of traffic. However, the windows are sound-proof.

Very nice rooms, excellent and friendly service/staff. As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff politely gathered our suitcases to our room. By request, the kitchen prepared us food for our iftar. The food was delicious and fresh. The waiter was extremely polite and served the food carefully to make sure nothing was spilt. I recommend anyone who wants to stay in Tunis for holiday, this hotel. 5/5 very good!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
