        No parking available Room 1 Check-in time is 9:00 Parking available Room 1 I made a reservation for 10 am check-in and showed up at 9 am. I tried to leave my luggage in the room where I checked in at 9 o'clock, and if possible, I wanted to check in at 9 o'clock instead of 10 o'clock, even if I had to pay extra for the room. I went in and said hello and told them the name of the person who made the reservation. Why are you parking after making a reservation for walking? This is why I think I made two reservations. Is it possible that there is only one? I said no, why did you park? That's why I'm asking you if you're upset about something, because your expression is so bad. I said no and he said no, what was the point? Since I had two rooms, I came in to ask a question and he was in the middle of asking me a question, but he got so angry. I told him not to start a fight. This was my first time visiting a lodging company like this while traveling around the region on business trips. I was dumbfounded and couldn't answer, so I told them not to start a fight, and that it would be better not to receive customers who are arguing. They said that if we cancel, there is no refund policy for cancellation, so they told me to leave, so they called Yanolja's customer service center and canceled it for me personally. It doesn't seem like you have the personality to teach others. I don't know why you're doing it because you're so good, but it's a pity. He even called the police at the end, and it was so cool that he couldn't say anything when the police came. I've never experienced abuse of power while working in the service industry, but it's tiring to think about how I don't know if I have a victim mentality or not.

        The room was clean, I watched a lot of Netflix for free, and you have to use your own account to watch Disney+. What's disappointing is that there is only one power cord, so I had to be next to it when working.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
