We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are lovely. When you come in or leave, they always seem genuinely happy to welcome you back or to send you off on a nice day exploring. The room was great, high ceiling which made it feel bright and spacious. Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows. The location isn't too bad as well. It's not right in the center but it's a short walk from the center which we didn't mind. It's a quiet environment so you won't be disturbed during your sleep.

The hotel is clean, the location is perfect for city breaks also the breakfast was nice. The receptionists and other employees were always very kind greating us with big smile all the time. They have a coffee machine at the lobby free of charge so you can take away coffee, tea , hot chocolate 24 hours a day.

Rooms are minimal. Thankfully I had a single because I don't think 2 people could navigate. There is a small closet and no other space for clothes, suitcases (half of bed). The bathroom is a good size but limited storage space - why not add another shelf with the room? My 4th floor room did have a peaceful balcony which was nice to soak up the late summer rays. Only hotel to have 24/7 coffee ☕️ Hotel was quite a walk from most sites. Good location if you have early morning train to catch. EDIT: regarding room size - bed was a fine size. I just did not expect to have to jump over bed to navigate to bathroom....expected a walkway suitable for an adult of smaller than average size....

Very friendly staff and location is perfect, just outside city centre at easy walking distance. Tram on one side and railroad on the other, but so well soundproofed it wasn't noticeable. Only one thing I did not like and that was the sound level at breakfast. Loud and environment wasn't helping as walls were bare and sound was basically multiplied. But there is a part of the breakfast hall with slightly less noise. But I highly recommend the hotel. It isn't cheap, but location is perfect including free private parking behind the hotel in their back yard.

The hotel is close to the train station and it is easy to access by walking the main points of Florence. The roon was clean and comfortable. There is some noise coming from the railway nearby but not loud. I had to fix the bathroom box as soon as I get to avoid an accident because it was ready to fall and break posing a threat to the first to take a shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
