        It’s cheap. It’s convenient if you need to stay near Termini. There’s a mini fridge in the room and you can use microwave in the hallway. The host is nice and helped us book a restaurant by phone. I love that there’s blinds at the window, you’re not woken up by the sun. However it’s not very clean. Just before we checkout we noticed that under the bed there was dirty underwear from the previous guests. Also, at least for our 4 days stay, the cleaning service they just make your bed and empty your bin, it’s not a real cleaning of the floor and bathroom. Be aware that Termini is probably the worst area we stayed throughout our Rome stay, if you’re new to Rome, I highly recommend choosing another district: as long as you’re close to subway stop you’ll be fine.

        Room was small but good enough for 2 persons. It is recommended for tourist which exploring the city all day and spend only night in hotel. Bathroom was good but i saw a litte muld on the wall and in the shower. The room was cleaned every day. Receptionist was very helpfull and kind. Hotel is near to Termini and Colloseum. Good localisation. The price was good and affordable.

        I think the pictures online might be outdated. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the interior of the room looks way better and different (in a good way!). We like that the room has it all: hairdryer, fridge, safe box, air con, and bidet too. Not noisy at all and the location is perfect since it's near the train station (Rome Termini). It's very easy to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner since there are many restaurants in the area.

        Wonderful modern apartment in great location close to Roma Termini. The photos online didn’t do this place justice - the rooms are very nice with air conditioning, plenty of space, mini fridge in room, plus a full sized fridge in the main area. Wifi was a bit patchy at times and it took awhile for the hot water in the shower to come out, but overall a great place, friendly, helpful staff, and incredible price for such a good place in Rome!

        This hotel is wonderful... it is greatly positioned, only 3 min walking from Termini Bus Station; the 2 metro lines start there and a lot of bus lines begin there as well... we loved it. I went there with my girlfriend and we loved the place, everything was clean, the AC worked perfectly and the room cleaners did a great job every single day. Wi-fi worked great. Even better than the hotel was Pompeo, the guy at reception who was always ready to answer our questions, give us recommendations and fix any issue we had.... this hotel deserves more than 1*... it should definitely be at least a 3* Hotel.
