Warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful personnel run this small but top-notch hotel, from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning service. They have been friendly and always ready to offer useful solutions. The rooms are in a wonderfully tidy and clean state whenever we get back in the evening. The balcony is spacious, as are the rooms, making it nice to have coffee or tea or even a meal on the balcony with a view of the nearby trees. The environment is relatively quiet both in daytime and at night. A splendid and memorable staying experience in Berlin.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We loved it! The staff was extremely polite and friendly, to be exact - two female and the male receptionist. The location is also very convenient. The area is pretty quiet and safe. It takes around 30 mins to get to the very center of the city, as well as the Central Bus Station. The only thing we didn't like during our stay was that we could very much hear what was going on in the hallway in the morning, which had woken us up. To specify, I believe it was someone moving the plates, and vacuuming later on. Other than that, it is a charming hotel worth spending a night in.

I stayed a couple of nights in this hotel, it was clean and had a nice little balcony with table and chairs, but what really made a big difference for me was the level of customer service. As I was arriving very late in the evening, I requested some extra bits for my room, and they happily got it all sorted for me. Really pleased and will stay there again.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
