A great hotel in the heart of Madrid. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms too. The shower was brilliant. The breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold foods available. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again.

I stayed here for 10 days and here is my review. The rooms were nice. I had a single room and I was worried the bed and room was gong to be small but there was plenty of space. This hotel is close to Gran Via. I could easily find stores, restaurants and everything I needed close by. My issues were that I received a phone call at 5am from the front desk saying that that the fire alarm in my room as going off which wasn't true. The food and drinks in the mini bar are not free! You will be charged at check out if you take anything. I would have liked to have been told this when I checked in, Overall not a bad hotel

great location. Poor service (front desk feels impatient and distant, didn’t tell me about the wifi codes until I asked; concierge didn’t try to help me with my luggage until I dragged it myself upstairs. Room is modern designed but hmmm the bathroom phone isn’t well mounted on the wall (it would fall off with a slight touch, I put back tho..see photo). No coffee machine or kettle or bottled water in the room. They charge a fee if you ask for a kettle. Overall, doesn’t meet my expectations for a 4 Stars hotel.

Our recent trip to Spain 🇪🇸 was simply amazing and a big part was due to the location and terrific staff of the Liabeny Hotel. While there was construction near by, the location gave easy access to anything we needed and walking distance to so many landmarks. The staff was wonderful and Juan Carlos at the bar made each night a treat with the best drinks, recommendations and conversation!! We love Juan Carlos!!

Excellent hotel. Got an early check-in without extra charge. Friendly and polite staff and very clean rooms. Perfect location. Only issue was that the AC was slightly inconsistent and we woke up the first night feeling slightly hot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
