Had a beautiful experience at this place. Not only were the rooms beautiful but the staff were incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff helped us when we had an issue with our shower, the people who cleaned are room made it feel like a brand new room every time! The price is right and we even got a balcony! I will be coming back here and telling people about it.

This is my first time traveling to Madrid so I did not know which region to stay, Hotel Life turned out to be really well located, has elevator, the room has a/c and a high ceiling, the design of the place is very nice, reception is 24 hours (I checked in around 11h30pm and had no problem at all) and the staff is lovely. The only issue was that the safe instructions behind the door are not clear and I was not able to use it. Although I personally had no issues, I noticed that getting out of the shower can be a bit slippery and with no support (maybe consider adding some handrail/support or those stickers that makes the floor non slippery?) I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel because they accepted pets. Didn’t realize it was a 2 star, but it was very clean and staff was very nice. The location is great, close to everything. Very happy with our stay, would come again

After booking this hotel through a third party website, we received a message from the hotel asking to confirm payment details and were then scammed for the total cost of our stay. On arrival we nearly walked past the hotel because it looked like a garage. After entering we located the reception room hidden in a corner and were able to register although too early to check in so we used the left luggage area. When we returned and retrieved our bags they were covered in a white dusty substance, possibly concrete dust (???) We were then shown to our room and although we had specifically booked a room with 2 beds we were given a room with a double bed. On explaining we were not willing to share a bed (as we were work colleagues and not a couple) we were told there were no other rooms available and our only option was to share the marital bed as they could not guarantee 2 single beds. We asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not available till Monday (this was Friday early afternoon). We can't comment on the cleanliness or comfort of the rooms as we did not stay

The hotel is really cute and the rooms are spacious but they are not insonorized. I debated between leaving my suitcase at Left Luggage at the airport or bringing it to the hotel and I am glad that I did not bring it with me because I would have been stuck with my luggage all morning until check-in. The lockers to leave your luggage cost 1$ and are pretty small, maybe ok for a carry on but my suitcase is a medium size and it would not have fit in the locker. I understand you have to pay if you leave your luggage for long but they should keep the luggage for free for a few hours after check-out or before check-in. I did not find out about this until after reading the reviews online and I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known before booking. They should have a better system, I would have given them 5 stars if leaving your luggage was easier.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
