        We were a little concerned after reading reviews after we had already booked but we shouldn’t have! The location is absolutely amazing - right in the centre of fira and five minutes from the island’s main bus station. The rooms are basic but very clean with its own balcony and the housekeeper is lovely and friendly. We had use of a great pool at a neighbouring hotel less than ten minutes away which we really enjoyed. The hotel was cheapest by a country mile for our stay in santorini and I absolutely recommended if you want a budget friendly option for your stay. Thank you so much!

        The room is very small and dirty! The small window opens into a small inner courtyard. Because I arrived in the middle of the night with feryy, I was forced to pay for one more night, although in their descriptions is it express check in and check out, but in fact, it is not. If you make a reservation, payment is taken immediately, and even after I paid for an extra night, I was harassed with messages by someone from the hotel, telling me that the payment was made by someone else, and asking me for more money! The swimming pool is in the other hotel, a 10-minute walk away, the photos on the website belong to another hotel, nothing is like on the website, the facilities are very poor! I will not come again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

        The worst hotel, all the information that they provide is wrong and this is a scam basically. On booking itself it was mentioned that price will be paid at the time of arrival however they immediately deduced entire amount without my prior knowledge and consent And when I requested about cancellation they said they will charge 97% as cancellation fee and will refund 3%. Don’t ever even plan to stay here.

        Where do I start… in my lifetime there have been several times that I thought I knew what hell felt like. That is until I completed my stay at Hotel Lignos. My friend and I stayed in a twin room for 7 nights, and we will never return to this hotel. Even for a 2-star hotel, the conditions were simply unacceptable. I would recommend any prospective guests to find other accommodation, at any cost, to avoid the awful customer service and condition of the apartments. The issues began upon checking in. While booked into Hotel Lignos, like many other reviewers, we were forced to lug our baggage down to 'Blue Sky Apartments' to check in. This complex is several hundred metres down the road, and afterwards we were sent back to Lignos. Although it is slightly perplexing as to why check in facilities are unavailable at the hotel being advertised, this in itself was not a major issue. The real issue was the appalling customer service of the site manager. The room was advertised as a twin/double room on booking.com, with whom we booked, and was advertised with a 'balcony' (see picture). The room we were provided did not have a balcony. It was on the inside of the second storey of the complex and had a single window. There was no platform or extension beyond the room that could reasonably be considered a balcony in any way, shape or form. Upon calling the site manager to enquire about this issue, she refused to discuss anything with us. She stated (quote) "I am telling you, this is your room. There is nothing to discuss". We returned to Blue Sky to speak with her face to face to resolve this issue, as she was unwilling to do so over the phone. Upon arriving, she refused to view our booking.com reservation and refused to change our room to what we paid for without extra cost. Her mentality was "because I believe I am right on my end of the booking process, I refuse to consider anything these customers say". Never have I witnessed such arrogance and an unwillingness to cooperate from a hotel manager in my life. I was truly shocked. Secondly, the mattresses were atrocious. We stripped the beds daily to make the site cleaner's day easier by having the linen ready for washing. Apart from being dated and uncomfortable (the springs can be felt through the thin mattress lining), the mattresses stains on them. This was a sour discovery, and we can only surmise what types of activities have taken place on those mattresses without appropriate cleaning being done afterward… Thirdly, the air conditioning unit is an old Hitachi model, which leaks water profusely over the front door and the floor of the entrance (see picture). We reported this issue to the site manager on the second day, who stated the hotel technician would fix this issue. Not surprisingly, he did not show, and this issue was left unresolved for the entire stay. The result was the site cleaner dropping off 4-6 fresh floor mats, every single day, to absorb the leaking water in order to avoid flooding. Each morning, the site cleaner would also mop up pools of water directly outside our apartment door. Fourthly, the showering facilities are insufficient. The bathroom is nice and large. However, the shower area is small, approximately 0.7m x 0.7m. There is a stained, reeking shower curtain which attempts to stop water from splashing the rest of the bathroom, but it is completely ineffective. Instead, when washing, the moist shower curtain sticks to your body and does not completely cover the shower area. The result is water sprayed throughout the entire bathroom. The hotel owner needs to invest in staff who can provide adequate customer service, and invest in maintenance and repairs to things including the air-conditioning system, showering facilities and beds. If you're thinking about booking here, forget it. The attractive location does not outweigh the multitude of other issues with the hotel, which ultimately will plague your Santorini experience. If there was ever a hotel deserving of zero stars, this would be it.

        Good room with bed and bathroom. The bed was cozy, however the air con did not work very well. The shower wasn’t good, really tiny space and you have to hold the tap to actually shower yourself. Also, the light was not that bright which made the bathroom really dark. The clean lady was very gentle, the only gentle person in the hotel. Which could not find the reception, or get in touch with the responsible one not even by phone. From what I understood, this hotel is run by the same manager as Blue Suites Hotel, so they asked us to go to this other hotel to get information. This hotel does not have a WhatsApp number, so you can only call (Greek number) or email. As I mentioned, the person who answered the calls were not kind, she was very rude and seemed to be in a rush all the time, not answering our questions by phone and asking to go to this other hotel (which was in a certain distance). Besides, the Wi-Fi didn’t work all the time, there were two days that I had not connection. However, it is really nice located, close to the center of Fira, and the bus stop (that goes around the island).

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
