The receptionist was super nice and polite and friendly. But I called to the reception in the morning to ask for late check out and her colleague didn't tell me about if I checked out later it was 10€ per hour, only I could checked out two hours later without any problem. And then, the nice receptionist was apologising for her colleague's fault in a super nice way and I paid without problem only for her attention, but is not fair to pay so expensive without being informed properly.

This was a cute, compact hotel with excellent service. The front desk employees were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and adequate, and I liked the winding staircase and antique feel of the building. Not plush, but a safe, nice spot 2 blocks from the subway. The customer service made what would be a "good enough" experience a great one!

This hotel described as 3 star hotel. Actually, all equipment in rooms lower than 2 star level. Prices are changed unreasonably and illogically, per day can increase 2 times. I would call it extortion. The employees are different, but in general they are poorly versed in business. Among the good things are the breakfasts and delicious cuisine.

Very nice hotel situated right at the metro station Michel Bizot. Breakfast was tasty, the beds are comfortable, the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
