Once you have sorted your hotels for price and location, the next thing you want is cleanliness and friendliness, Hotel Lis Baixa scores high there, so stop your search. The rooms are a little smaller but adequate. You're close to tourists spots, grocery, coffee, wine (find Alberto's one block south for a great wine tasting), food, and transportation so very convenient. The windows are great! Close them and the street noise disappears. They have blackout shutters so you can sleep deeply. Open them and look out on the streets. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

We had a 3 night stay here in September, the hotel is really central for sightseeing / getting around and the staff on reception were helpful and friendly. Our only issue was how small the rooms are, we felt very cramped and not much room to unpack your things. This didn't apply to the bathroom though, this was a much better size in comparison. Our 1st visit to Portugal and it was a great stay.

The customer service was great and the beds were comfy. Being in the heart of the city, the rooms were small but we didn't spend time in their anyways. It is super close to the local attractions as well as bus and metro stops.

Unfortunately, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I had booked this hotel through Booking.com and my flight was canceled by my airline so I had to make changes to my schedule. I tried reaching out to this hotel through booking prior to the 48 hr cancellation policy and via email after however they never replied to me, resulting in me having no choice but to cancel my reservation within the 48hr time frame. I was charged a night stay despite not staying here or ever hearing back about anything and my questions regarding changes. Poor customer service and unwilling to work with customers especially during a time when travel can be chaotic with things out of traveler's control nowadays. I'm sure the stay would have been okay, but with how things are run and what ive encountered with their customer service, I won't ever be giving them a chance again in the future. Bookers beware!

Great location for a short break. The rooms are small, but that is to do with the history of the buildings in the Baixa. Easy walking distance to the sights in Central Lisbon, plus to the train to Cascais. Good breakfast too.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
