Great view, great location nice staff, spacious rooms but don't expect to get any sleep. Beds aren't comfy, rooms are freezing cold in colder months and until 4am feels like you can hear the whole city

Room 701 was cold, the staff couldn't help it. The next day, the receptionist manager changed us to a room with heater! The breakfast was good with lots of hot food!

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the metro and easily accessible from basically any part of the city. The rooms are not the newest and one should definitely not expect modern luxury. I was surprised to have a smart tv though which allowed streaming from the phone. The breakfast was okay, nothing special but everyone should be able to get full before heading to the city.

I'm very disappointed, we are from Israel, and my wife made a reservation with non-refundable terms. as the war in Israel started with the attack of Hamas she couldn't fly (her flight was canceled and we had also to volunteer to support the soldiers). we asked if as an exception they could cancel and they refused!. then we asked for another solution if they could give her the option to come at another date after the war will finish and again they refused! it wasn't one day before, it was a week and a half before so they had the chance to resale the room. I hope people who will read this review rethink if they want to deal with such behavior and this kind of attitude.

Room 701 was cold, the staff couldn't help it. The next day, the receptionist manager changed us to a room with heater! The breakfast was good with lots of hot food!

This hotel has a great location and the staff was very friendly - from start to end. It is comfortable, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Don’t expect luxury nor fancy. You should expect a traditional local hotel with spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
