It's in a great location within walking distance of roppongi and asakasa. Venture out to some of the eating areas and it's a lot of fun. Good access to subways. Rooms are clean but unlike most Japanese places, it does not offer complimentary coffee or tea bags. On the other hand, it does have a microwave. I was on the second floor and one thing that I really disliked was the fact that the windows were frosted so you could not see out. Therefore, you could not tell if it was clear outside or raining.

BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL WITH STANDARD AMMENETIES -Small Rooms, but great if you need a place to stay -Very clean -Standard amenities -Walking distance to train station (in between shibuya and ginza) - Walking distance to Roppongi (bars, nightlife) I was travelling prefecture to prefecture in Japan and stumbled across LIVE MAX at asakusa. I was planning on staying for just one night, but couldnt find a better place thaf beat the price and location. So I ended up staying 3 more nights. It was actually cheaper than a capsule hotel during the new years week. Reception is manned 24 hours, just ring the bell in the front.

Very good location. 4 minutes walk from Akasaka Metro station. 7-11 right next to hotel. Rooms are basic but bed is very good. Got a good night's rest

Stayed here with 2 friends for 10 days and the hotel was fantastic. The hotel has a washer and drier that you pay 300 Yen to wash 50 yen for detergent and 100 yen for 30 mins of dryer time. They also have sauna. Hotel was in great location in akasaka making it easy to walk to nearby train stations like akasaka station. Over loved this place would stay here again.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
