        Do not stay here. The rooms are disgusting! Leftover garbage from previous guests, layers of dust sitting everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. My allergies have been flared up since staying here. When I showered last night, I closed the shower curtain and made sure I wasn’t spraying the water out of the tub. Somehow once I was done, the bathroom flooded! I was so angry on top of everything else. They make you sign some waiver during check in that’s in japanese only! You literally don’t know what you sign! I actually had to use Google translate to see what it was. It’s something to do with if something goes missing in the rooms, they’re not responsible and if you damage something in the room, you have to pay for the damages. Really just everything against the guests. I will not be getting housekeeping as it seems very sketchy for them to request the guests to sign this kind of waiver. I hate this place and I want to leave but I still have a week here.

        Don't stay in this hotel! Summary: The hotel management is not cooperative at all, rooms are terrible, cleaning quality is low, they don't even change shower shades with mold. I am very sad that booked this hotel for Christmas in Tokyo. It was a terrible experience. First of all, we didn't receive the room in the pictures from booking website. The room was much smaller. A LOT of mold in the shower shade and here and there in the bathroom. The lamp was broken and wires were out. The couch was falling apart and it was dusty, so the room wasn't cleaned well. The kitchenware was terrible, we didn't use it at all. We went to a receptionist right away to point out all the problems we found. He said that all rooms are taken and we have no other options but stay there, but he will contact managers to see what they can do. Since it was late - we were supposed to receive an answer in the morning. In the morning the reception was empty. When we finally met the same receptionist again a few days later - he said that the pictures on booking are very old, that's why the room is different and the manager won't do anything for us at all. The receptionist suggested changing to another room that became available on the same floor. We checked it and it was even smaller, with less furniture and the same mold situation in the bathroom. SO EVERY BATHROOM THERE IS WITH MOLD. We contacted the booking support center but they didn't succeed in getting any solution from the hotel and had to return part of the money themselves. Please, don't stay in this terrible place.

        Very nice, inexpensive hotel, close to Tokyo Tower, Tsukiji fish market, Hamarikyu gardens and Tokyo terminal. Rooms are clean, bed and bathtub is big. (Responding to former comments, it is freshly renovated now, it seems.) In addition there's a kitchen corner and a laundry machine in every room. The young staff is very kind.

        Location are walking distance to 2 diff. trains (7-11min walk). There's a familymart around the corner which is nice. The room and bathroom is decent sized especially compared to small airbnb units. It's a bit run down like the wallpaper, etc. but that doesn't bother us. Service is very nice.
