Bad attitude of staff, The room smells of smoke. Livemax is a chain hotel in Japan. Although the price is very cheap, there will be a lack of service. This hotel is particularly poor. First of all, the staff does not understand English at all. Its fine, but the staff did not intend to use the translator to communicate, just kept refusing. Second, the smell of smoke in the room is very heavy, especially the air conditioner will emit that smell. Third, the staff at the front desk is only available from 3pm to 11pm.

The room is small, smelly and old furniture, heater not working well .And you will never see the staffs at the counter most of the time .Everything is self service. No makeup room if you stay there for a week .Not recommended for tourists,for sure u don’t want ownself makeup your room after long walking day outside 👎

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
