        Good hotel, great area, super friendly staff, and located right next to the train station. Check in was easy. The room, obviously a little small but fit 2 large people and all of our stuff well enough. The heated toilet was super awesome! Very clean and great for the price.

        The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan, smelly toilet all your pees and water stuck in the drainage on the first day, smelly bedrooms, they even have a air refresher in the room and now I know why. Staying here for 4 days 3 night is the biggest regret that I did in Japan. It’s gloss and disgusting!

        we stayed for 3 nights. Only asked for clean room once however got refused said if u stay more than 3 nights then cleaning room service can be provided. I don’t understand why and it doesn’t even listed on the hotel info book at all. Room is not looking clean when we arrived and even the corridor looks unclean. Hope this issue can be improved.
