The room I stayed in was extremely dusty. The AC was the worst, I got really bad cough just by turning it on, dust covered every single inches of the cover. The bed was very old and worn-out, it gives you bad back pain in the morning. Location wise, it’s right by one train and the other one for the airport is walkable distance, is very convenient. Overall it’s not the best nor worst. There are lots they could have improved tho.

Aaked for non smoking room.. But gave a smoking room.. Full of cigeratte smell. Bad experience

Toilet not cleaned. Moldy carpet smell in some places. Fortunately the window can be opened.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
