Great location as walking distance to multiple train lines and can access Narita airport directly, without changing lines. New rooms, small in size but with everything you could need plus some welcome extras such as a warm toilet seat:-)

A very good value-for-money business hotel at center of Tokyo. Walking distance to Akihabara. Within 20 mins by Metro to Shinjuku. This hotel is just opened in March 2017. Room is small but comfortable for single. Service is great, clean and tidy room, and very convenience location. A 24 hours convenience store is just next to the hotel. Highly recommend to single traveler.

A Livemax hotel in the Bakurocho area. It's nice, but a bit inconvenient to use from the Tokyo Station area, and thus probably not very good for travelers. If you come from Haneda Airport directly, you could get off the Higashi Nihonbashi and it could be a bit closer through the Toei Asakusa Line, but... This place has two coin laundry machines as opposed to the Livemax I visited in Kasai. Other than that, the quality was similar, but this place somewhat resembles an apartment as the hallways are exposed to the street. Also to keep in mind is that IF you lose your card key, they will charge you ￥9000. No, I did not lose mine but they warned me. It's an outrageous sum, if you ask me, for a business hotel some of which will even use card keys that seem to be disposable. I wouldn't particularly look for Livemax hotels unless it's the weekend. Their prices are most competitive in the weekends.

the room is clean and big enough for Japanese business hotel.A problem is there are no escalator or lift at the close sub way station.Travaling with big succases may be in trouble to go to the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
