I’d say before booking here LOWER your expectations. I stayed here two nights on a weekend and this hotel was absolutely the cheapest. The staff at the front desk weren’t the nicest, and the room was in an okay condition. Not the best but not the worst. There’s a weird smell in the room but it didn’t bother me much. Overall, because of the price, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Sub 5000 priced hotel. Rooms have a smell, unclear if that's from a smoker. Hot water flows hardly and chokes. Using bath is then out of question. Front staff is also cleaning staff, so reception is unmanned part of the day. Next to lawson 100. Worth only if you don't have to pay more.

Clean and decently sized rooms. We were able to keep two large check-in suit cases open the the floor without issues. Free breakfast to guests are nice and adds to the value. Would recommend for short stays.

It is budget room, enough for backpacker or who have limited budget business. You have to clean room, change towel youself daily . There are one kettle and microwave in room. It is near Kiba station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
