        Negative points: -Our room was very dusty, the table, bathroom and floor were absolutely not up to standard. More simply put, it was filthy. -The room size is way too small for two people. The bed is 120cm wide. No room for storage. In the bathroom the ceiling is very low. I am 180cm and my head touched the ceiling while showering. The fridge was also very noisy. And the window could not be opened. -The service at the reception was also not up the task considering the price per night. Recommending automatic check-in machines even though there is someone behind you at the desk is pure laziness. There is also no luggage storage room for checkouts (for check-in they may accept it) in the hotel so please take into consideration if your flight or train is later than 10 am. Positive points: - The location of the hotel is very good, you have many metro and train stations nearby and being very close to Ginza was very pleasant for me. In conclusion, I would not stay there for all of the reasons listed above. It's simply not worth the money. However the location of the hotel was good.

        Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. First thing receptionist says is they do not do room keeping for less than 7 days stay. I have never been to a hotel that does this regardless of 1 or 2 night stay. They also stated to leave the towels from 9-11am at the door on the floor and to pick up at reception. Again, never had to do that in all my hotel stays. Check out is only through one machine, pictures advertised don't match and receptionists were not Japanese and also not Japanese level of service. It just shows the upper management uses cheap ways to reduce expenses but that's okay if the hotel is good but it is not! The room was definitely not cleaned properly and is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Smells like wet dog that hasn't been showered before. Dust is everywhere in the room, in the vents and on the air purifier. Fridge had a strange smell and not cold. I literally could not breathe properly and the windows don't open without a key. I could not be here for another hour so I booked another hotel that did not disrespect their customers like this. The price is cheap compared to other hotels but still not worth it. Hotels in Osaka and Kyoto were way cheaper with exceptional service and clean rooms so I do not see a valid excuse. Please don't come here because you are wasting your time and just pay more for a hotel 10x better in every way possible.

        Only one positive thing about this place is location. 2mins walk distance from station. Room was very dusty and smelly same as other people complained. Probably safety reason, we are not allowed to open the windows, so smell is even worse. Some stain on the wall, inside the microwave which each room has own was stink and some foods bits are everywhere in the microwave. It's worst hotel ever in my life. It's not expensive but still reasonable price, please do more cleaning training properly for staff.

        Disgusting. I was surprised as all the other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan have been exceptionally clean. Pictures are definitely not what they look like in real life, carpets were stained, room smelt funny, dust all over the room, even the vents were thick of dust, didn’t bother with turning on the humidifier cause that had dust too, the fridge was not turned on and had a weird smell. I wouldn’t be surprised if the bed was made with the same sheets with the previous stay. I didn’t bother staying the night. I’ve stayed in all kinds of budget hotels/ motels and I understand it’s not meant to be a 5 star luxurious hotel but my goodness this one takes the cake. The worst.

        Absolutely disgusting hotel with terrible service. It looks like there are areas where they haven't cleaned, vacuumed, or dusted in YEARS (photos included). We asked them to come clean our room twice and they cleaned literally only the dirty things we pointed out and put no effort into actually making the room clean. Some of the front desk workers have bad attitudes and are rude. Some of them are actually nice, but it just depends who you get. The only good thing about this place is it's close to Ginza. Take your money literally anywhere else though if you want to stay in this area, it's not worth the money you save. The disgusting room got me sick from breathing in dust from 10 years ago.
