The hotel is a very clean place with great customer service. I don't really need to ask for much, so I'm not sure how far they can help in English. But checking in and getting basic instructions is fine.

good points Anyway it's close to the station Unfortunately The whole hotel smells bad The front desk and rooms are pretty good. I have an air purifier, but of course it doesn't work. Isn't it soundproofed? The bath was horrible. In the bathroom, the shower holder is broken and the shower curtain is full of mold. You can hear the surrounding noise directly. The location is good. We recommend that people from overseas not stay overnight.

Out of necessity, I searched for an inn near my destination and it looked clean, so I made a reservation. When you enter the room, it feels old and clean... In the end, I didn't get into the futon and stayed there until morning. Maybe I won't stay there next time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
