Hotel was very close to JR Ueno station, Iriya Gate. Keisei-Ueno has the direct Skyliner from Narita airport to this station. This is about 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Hotel was very quiet, lovely location and has 7-11 and Family Mart close by. Staff were friendly and helpful as well! - I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage with them first before check in. Stayed on 2nd floor and it was clean and didn’t smell of smoke. Truly appreciate the microwave as I managed to grab food from 7-11 and warmed it up on rainy days. Aircon was great - you can turn it on to cool or warm. There’s also a purifier in the room. Although the room was small, didn’t have much space to place my luggage, I was happy with my stay (3 nights)

Good location, near Ueno station and convenion store (7-11). An Indian(?) male staff was very helpful, friendly and super polite. (I'm not sure if you are Indian or not and I appologize in advance if I was wrong. Anyhow, I just like to mention him because I really appreciate his service 🙏) The room and all of the facilities in the room were really good. There are microwave machine, refridgerator, and air purifier in the room. But!! the smoke smell really bad eventhough they provide us a room spray, it not really help. Overall, a very good hotel if the smoke smell were not too much

Very close to the station. Tiny rooms with not much room for opening your baggage. No coffee or tea but they do have a kettle. The tub was a bit moldy in spots so I wasn't super happy about that. Overall an ok stay.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
